COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

• I have rights to reject any commission request. This can be due to my time commitment, inability to satisfy project to my perfection, project that goes against any of my ethical values, or NSFW things. I will most likely tell you up-front if I think I can do the project. However, if I agree with the commission and am not able to complete it for whatever reason, I will provide a full refund and a sincere apology (and I really mean it). My name and pride is on my work. so I want all my work to be amazing to my standards and if I can't provide that, then I would rather not provide the half-done or rushed project.

 • I am giving commercial rights to all my work. However, you cannot claim the ownership of the work. 

 •  I will request you to not edit/modify any of my work because my name is on my work and I don't want the quality of it to change. If you want me to change certain things, you can ask me while I'm working on it and not to someone else. 

• If you have a deadline, please let me know. However, I have the final rights to set my own REASONABLE due date. If there's expedited deadline (within 1 week), rush fees ($30-50) do apply. While I tend to work slow, most of the work should be done within 2 weeks after my approval.  Some commission work are fast, and some are slow given the nature of how things work. If I feel that the extension is needed, I will communicate. Sometimes, I may not be able to complete your commission request within your reasonable timeline, so when you request a commission, please do expect that extension is a possibility. I will do my best to provide the project in a reasonable timeline, however.

 • Specific commission work such as audio help and convoluted tech help may require me to remote desktop to be extremely efficient and not waste any else's time. Unless you're extremely apt to technology and things, I don't mind explaining by voice/text and helping this way but if it is going nowhere, I am going to remote desktop through a secure channels. 

• If I do revisions and you still don't like it--I apologize, and I can refund 50% of the original price. Max of 3 revisions per project. 

• From time to time, I may stream my commission work on stream. If you have a problem with yours being on stream, do let me know. 

• I cannot legally distribute the source files since sometimes I'm using subscription-based website to obtain graphics, certain sound tracks, etc, so do understand that I can only distribute my finished project in the appropriate final format but not the source files.

• After the final product has been delivered, no more changes can be made. You can request a follow-up for a cheaper price than starting a new commission request
