Baby Back Ribs (on oven)

This Baby Back Ribs is done by Tasty (Reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFLEDmNGRIw). Ingredients:


Ribs

1 PORK Baby Back Rib

1. Pat the ribs down with paper towel to remove moisture

2. If the fat membrane/peritoneum is on the ribs, remove them 3. With pairing knife, remove any bits of excess fat

4. take the Dry rub and generously coat the ribs for both sides (do not let the dry rub sit in the rib for more than 30 minutes--otherwise it tastes weird)

5. Take large sheets of foil (x2 the size of the ribs), and tightly wrap (do not let any visual of ribs that show up)

6. Preheat to 300F for 2.5-3 hours until tender; every 30 minutes, flip the ribs to the other side

7. Brush the ribs both sides with the sauce and place it in the oven and flip it 5 minutes. Do this whole things twice


Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce

2 Cups Ketchup
0.5 Cups Brown Sugar
0.25 Cups Molasses
0.5 cups Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1. Add all ingredients in the pot and whisk and bring it to a boil

2. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes

Super Simple Dry Rubs

3 tbsp Kosher Salt
0.5 cups Dark brown sugar
2 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 tbsp Cumin
1.5 tbsp Onion Powder
1.5 tbsp Paprika
1.5 tbsp Cayenne
2 tsp Ground Mustard
1.5 tbsp Garlic Powder

1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix
