This Homemade Pizza is done by Tasty (Reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sv3TXMSv6Lw) and pizza sauce by Mel's Kitchen Cafe (Ref: https://www.melskitchencafe.com/homemade-pizza-sauce/). However, I have taken looked at other recipes such as No Knead Pizza Dough done by Bigger Bolder Baking (Reference: https://youtu.be/aweDxjO0Xyg), which is also great if you don't want to knead. Here's a tip when making a dough to tell if dough is fully kneaded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hC8LcLnqMl8. Here is possible pizza topping ideas from Mel's Kitchen Cafe (https://www.melskitchencafe.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Pizza-Compilation2.pdf) Above is my attempt at recreation. Down below is summarized version of the recipe. For the my summarized recreation video, please check my recreation video.

Skill Level:

Intermediate

Ingredients:

Dough

2.5 cups body temp warm water
2 tsp Dried Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1.5 tsp Salt
7 cups All Purpose Flour
6 tbsp Olive Oil
Semolina

1. Mix in the water + dried yeast + sugar and see if bubbles occur to see if yeast is alive

2. On a separate big bowl, add flour + salt + olive oil + water and yeast mix and mix altogether until good enough to put it onto a table

3. Knead for 10m until dough is soft and comes back up. Then pull the side of the dough from outside-in and make a nice ball and rotate around

4. On a separate big bowl, add few splash of olive oil and put the dough so that dough doesn't get stuck. cover the bowl with wrap. Ideally for 1 day

5. After 1 day, knead again, cover with towel and let it rise again for 1 hour

6. After 1 hour, finger poke and stretch the dough

7. Turn over baking tray, and put semolina so flour don't stick

8. Try to be quick when adding toppings here

9. After adding pizza, bake the pizza at highest temp
